All MIHOA members are welcome. Those members who are striving for continuing education and improvement are strongly encouraged to attend.

Why you should attend:
Officiating hockey is a challenging activity. As such, it requires continued education and a commitment to HEAT. HEAT stands for Hustle, Energy/Enthusiasm/Effort, Attitude/Awareness, Teamwork.
