Member Evaluations
One of the goals of the MIHOA Development & Education program is to evaluate our officials in order to:
1. Attain a realistic assessment of a member’s abilities.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Recognize members who may be ready for advancement.
The Development & Education team has established a method for requesting an official evaluation from a member of the MIHOA supervisory staff. To request an evaluation, fill out the form below. Your request will be reviewed and we will make an effort to assign a supervisor for one of your upcoming games.
NOTE: Level 4-certified officials who are interested in being considered for USA Hockey post-season assignments (i.e. District playoffs, Nationals) must receive at least one official evaluation during the season.
