Blues Partner with MIHOA for Referee Seminar
ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Blues and the Missouri Ice Hockey Officials Association are teaming up to conduct the first-ever Blues Hockey Referee Seminar for officials ages 16-35. The clinic, which will take place on Saturday, September 23, will provide first-year Level 1 and returning Level 2 officials the opportunity to complete their USA Hockey seminar requirement at Scottrade Center and includes:

"Referees play a crucial role in the growth of hockey and we believe this clinic will provide excitement in officiating through the St. Louis region."
- Complete clinic from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Scottrade Center.
- Interactive meet-and-greet and Q&A session with NHL officials assigned to work the September 23 pre-season game.
- One ticket to the September 23 preseason game between the Blues and the Stars at Scottrade Center.

Enrollment will be limited to 50 total participants

What to bring
Pen, paper, skates (no goalkeeper skates), warm-ups, helmet with half-shield.*
*Helmet with half-shield is REQUIRED for participation. A limited number of helmet/shield sets will be available to borrow on the day of the event.

8:00 AM – Doors open (check-in at Kiel Parking Garage entrance, gate 1)
8:30 AM – Morning classroom session
11:30 AM – Lunch break
12:30 PM – Afternoon classroom session
2:00 PM – On-ice Session (90 minutes)
4:00 PM – Afternoon classroom session resumes
5:00 PM - NHL officials meet & greet and Q&A
6:00 PM – Free time/dinner on own
7:00 PM – Blues vs. Stars preseason game

Dress Code
As guests of Scottrade Center and the Blues and participants in this special event, we ask all attendees to dress appropriately. Proper attire includes collared shirt and khaki shorts/pants and tennis shoes or dress shoes. No T-shirts, jeans, athletic shorts, warm ups, sandals. Thank you.
Waiver
